Wind Energy Conference Blows Into Boston

August 8, 2003[] The city of Boston, Massachusetts, is hosting a three-day wind energy course that will start on August 25. The IBC Energy-sponsored conference, US Wind Energy, will focus on offshore wind projects and lessons learned. Discussion topics will include new technologies for the offshore wind industry, monitoring and control systems for large-scale turbines and wind farms, and financing and insuring wind farms challenges and opportunities for wind development in New York, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Canada.
