Vermont Announces Solar, Wind Incentives

Montpelier, Vermont [AP] The state Department of Public Service has announced that it and the state’s two largest power companies will make available $980,000 in grants … to help defray the costs of wind power installations, and subsidies of up to $35,000 for low-income, multi-family housing units to install solar power systems.
