The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service seeks bids to supply and install a hydroelectric turbine at the Craig Brook National Fish Hatchery at East Orland, Maine. Bids are due May 10.
Work at Craig Brook National Fish Hatchery is to include furnishing and installing a hydroelectric turbine-generator, valves, piping, mechanical items, and electrical and control systems. The work is to require 180 days at an estimated cost from $250,000 to $500,000.
A solicitation package is to be available about April 9 on the Federal Business Opportunities Internet site, www.fbo.gov. A pre-solicitation notice may be obtained from the Federal Business Opportunities site by entering solicitation No. 50181RR047 in the “Keyword/Solicitation #” box.
A site visit may be scheduled by contacting the hatchery manager at (1) 207-469-6701. Bids are due by 2 p.m. Eastern time May 10.
