Turbines Denied, Appeal to Follow

June 12, 2002 [SolarAccess.com] Next Generation, a wind energy company, will appeal a ruling denying consent to build a wind turbine at Ness Point in Lowestoft, England. Planning permission was refused after advice from Defense Estates that two turbines could provide misleading traces on radar screens.
