Spanish Wind Giant Eyes Pennsylvania

February 23, 2004 [] Pennsylvania state officials are negotiating with Gamesa, a major Spanish wind energy manufacturer to build a plant that could create nearly 400 jobs, according to the Associated Press. The deal is not a sure thing yet, as Gamesa Officals are expected to visit different areas in the state, including the Lehigh Valley, Scranton, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, and perhaps Canada, according to a source for the story.
