Small Wind Projects Can’t Get Turbines

Westray, Scotland [UPI] Ever increasing costs and dwindling availability is making wind turbines hard to come by for residents of Westray, Scotland. A group of neighbors received approval in 2005 to build a community wind turbine to generate their own electricity and save money. However, they’re still waiting to get their turbine, the Scotsman reported.
