Shell WindEnergy Moving Ahead with Wind Power Project in California

Los Altos, California [EnergyOnline] Shell WindEnergy has submitted an application to the Humboldt County Planning Department to construct the Bear River Wind Power Project in Northern California. The proposed project consists of up to 35 wind turbines with a total electric generating capacity of 70 MW.
