Nordex to Install Wind Farm in Scotland

2002-02-28 [] German wind generator manufacturer Nordex AG said Tuesday it has won a 21 million euro (US$18.3 million) deal in a wind power park project in Scotland. Nordex said it will deliver and install 24 – “N 60” 1.3 MW wind turbines under a contract awarded by the Powergen Renewables company in Coventry. It is the first large project in Britain after Nordex set up a sales subsidiary there last year.
