Gamesa to Build Four Wind Plants

September 17, 2002 [SolarAccess.com] Gamesa Energia will promote feasibility studies of four wind power plants to be implemented in different municipalities of Rio de Janeiro state in Brazil. The company predicts a potential of 200 MW to 250 MW in the cities of Sao Francisco de Itabapoana, Sao Joao da Barra, Quissama and Campos. The investments are estimated at US$180 million and US$325 million in the four facilities.
