Evelop Is Building Large Onshore Wind Farm in The Netherlands

Utrecht, The Netherlands [RenewableEnergyAccess.com] Construction of the Koegorspolder wind farm is under way with the first wind turbine to be connected to the electricity grid at the end of September and at the end of 2007 the park will be completely operational. It will have a generation capacity of 44 megawatts (MW), with 22 V80 2.0 MW turbines being installed south of Terneuzen. It is expected that the park will deliver 120 million kilowatt-hours (kWh).
