Eurowind to Build 200-Turbine Wind Plant in Baltic Sea

2002-03-12 [] The Swedish wind energy developer Eurowind AB unveiled plans last week to build a 200-turbine wind power plant at the Kriegers Flak shallows in the southern Baltic Sea. The wind park is planned to have an annual output of 4 terrawatt hours and to be completed in 2006-07. Kriegers Flak is located 35 kilometers south of Trelleborg, outside the Swedish territorial waters but inside Sweden’s economic zone.
