Cape Wind Project Wins Ruling

October 9, 2002 [SolarAccess.com] Cape Wind Associates (CWA) cleared what may be the first of many hurdles yesterday with a federal judges ruling that they may begin construction of a data-collection tower off the coast of Cape Cod, Massachusetts. CWA will use the data collection tower to determine the feasibility of placing 170 wind turbines in what would be the nation’s largest Renewable Energy plant.
