Cape Wind Holds Press Conference on Final Environmental Impact Report

Boston, Massachusetts [] The Secretary of the Executive Office of Environmental Affairs today [March 30] will issue a certificate on the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) submitted by Cape Wind. The certificate will state whether the FEIR, the product of a five-year review involving several government agencies, adequately complies with the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA). Cape Wind has scheduled a press conference for noon today to react to the State’s decision.
