U.S. Secretary Of Energy Speaks in Detroit

February 6, 2003 [SolarAccess.com] U.S. Secretary of Energy Spencer Abraham will be the speaker at the Detroit Economic Club’s (DEC) February 7, 2003 meeting. Secretary Abraham will unveil the details of President Bush’s Energy plan. The meeting will begin at 11:30 a.m. with a member reception. The meeting will take place at Cobo Center, located at One Washington Boulevard. Abraham will discuss the Administration’s major investment in building the hydrogen economy from infrastructure investments to ongoing hydrogen research. He will discuss the government’s role in collaborating with the automotive sector on research and technology efforts to build a hydrogen economy.
