Solarig’s Solar PV Portfolio to Reach 100 MW in Two Years

Soria, Spain [] Solarig plans to expand its focus on solar photovoltaic (PV) energy projects in Spain to include Greece, Italy, France and China. Solarig recently opened a trade office in China to evaluate investment projects in the Asian country. Solarig has been involved in the PV industry through a series of “on stream” projects in Tozalmoro (Soria), Mohorte (Cuenca) and Almazán (Soria) — with a total installed capacity of 8 megawatts (MW). Following its 2007-2009 strategic plan, the company will invest 100 million Euros in productive assets to maintain Solarig’s current expansion and growth model.
