Scotland Sets Ambitious RE Target

September 11, 2002 [SolarAccess.com] Scottish environment Minister Ross Finnie recently called for 40 percent of Scotland’s electricity to come from renewable sources by 2020. Despite this, an existing government target of 18 percent by 2010 has not been revised.
