Scientists Search for Nanocatalysts

Newark, Delaware [United Press International] The University of Delaware has received a $960,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Energy to identify low-cost, nano-sized catalysts. The nanocatalysts — tiny amounts of metal compounds — can spur the chemical conversion of liquid fuels into hydrogen for powering cars to heating homes.
