Pollution Probe Releases Green Power Strategy

[RenewableEnergyAccess.com] Pollution Probe has released a long-term strategy for renewable energy development that demonstrates green power can potentially supply half of Canada’s electricity generation needs. The Green Power Vision and Strategy for Canada outlines the key elements needed to promote clean energy development, including investment incentives, infrastructure development and public involvement. The strategy also suggests a potential green power portfolio for 2025 that includes 21,000 MW of onshore wind and another 3,400 MW of offshore wind.
