Partnership for Fuel Cell Facilities

July 29, 2004 [] Megawatt-class fuel cell systems are in the future for power plant manufacturer FuelCell Energy and LOGANEnergy of Roswell, Georgia. The companies joined forces under a Market Development Agreement to develop and sell commercial fuel cell power plants. FuelCell Energy will provide power plants run with the company’s Direct FuelCells, and related engineering and technical support. DFC power plants are hydrogen generators, and do not require the creation of a hydrogen infrastructure. LOGAN will contribute its expertise in developing fuel cell power plants for commercial and industrial customers, along with site-specific duties such as permitting, utility interconnections and power plant installation.
