Northwest Energy Industry Funds Efficiency Efforts

Northwest electric utilities, public benefits fund administrators and the Bonneville Power Administration have committed $100 million over the next five years to continue regional energy efficiency efforts through their partnership with the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance. The state governments of Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington as well as regional public interest and energy efficiency groups have also endorsed continued funding for the Alliance’s work to help make affordable, energy-efficient products and services available in the marketplace.
