Model R247C Solar Flashing Beacon

Carmanah introduces the Model R247C 24-hour flashing beacon. It is a compact solar-powered LED flashing beacon that uses an ITE compliant signal module.

Engineered for up to five years of maintenance-free operation, the R247C will flash 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. The system even adjusts to prevailing solar conditions to ensure continuous, dependable operation. The R247C assembly includes the solar panel, battery and electronics, all housed in a compact enclosure located above the 12″ traffic signal head. The entire unit mounts on top of a standard 2″ square post or a round sign pole. It takes just a few minutes to install the R247C on an existing post in the field.
