Massachusetts Renewable Energy Tour

June 10, 2004 [] The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative’s Renewable Energy Trust is launching a statewide interactive education campaign on clean energy solutions entitled, the “Clean Energy Tour: Boston to the Berkshires” at the New England Aquarium. The tour will visit Boston, Lowell, Barnstable, Brockton, and North Adams between June and October 2004 to raise awareness about clean energy options for consumers, businesses and communities. A Speaking program will kick things off Friday, June 11, 2004, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the New England Aquarium Immersion Theatre, Learning Center in Boston, Massachusetts with House Speaker Thomas M. Finneran, State Senator Robert O’Leary, other state and local leaders, students from area schools, general public. There will be Educational presentations by the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association, exhibits by various environmental and technological organizations, a Kids Club including games for children about clean energy and activities to increase their understanding of clean energy and how it works.
