Maryland House Passes State RPS Bill

April 1, 2004 []Last night the Maryland House of Delegates passed a 7.5% Renewable Portfolio Standard by a vote of 108-29, according to Gary Skulnik of The Clean Energy Partnership. Skuknik said the bill gained the support of 15 Republicans, which will give it extra clout when it get it to the Governor’s desk. The bill must now move onto the state Senate.
