Investors’ Circle Meets

November 1, 2002 [] Investors’ Circle presented its 2002 National Conference in Cambridge, Massachusetts over three days earlier this week. During the conference, Chairman and CEO Woody Tasch explained to the gathered angel and venture capital investors the group’s commitment to the “double bottom line,” that is, doing well financially while doing good. More than 200 attendees gained insight into the world of investing for a sustainable future from investors, CEOs and entrepreneurs during Monday’s session. Tuesday, 15 hopeful entrepreneurs presented their business plan to the group, hoping to catch the attention – and dollars – of potential investors.
