DCAirSolar Systems fits right in this scenario

DCAirSolar   Systems

A DCA Systems Company

DCA Systems has over 30 years of specialty HVAC systems design. Specifically in the areas of Dehumidification, Clean Bacteria Free supply air. This has been our main thrust in the past. Now with the Energy Crisis emerging we have joined forces to provide our systems at an all time high energy savings rate by using the Sun’s Power to drive the fans in our systems. Our recent version of the HVAC System Module assures an up to 70% energy savings rate for customers who install our Solar Powered system.

The DCAir  Solair 4PU (Patent Pending) module is a revolutionary Dehumidifier Air Conditioner which was designed to replace the conventional HVAC cooling cycle by replacing it with a Solar Thermal Powered systems eliminating the need for Chloro Flora Carbon (CFC’s) or other gaseous chemicals. The system is designed around Solar Evacuated Tubes and makes use of the Thermal properties generated by the Sun’s Rays.

Using solar and other forms of renewable energy reduces reliance on fossil fuels for energy production, thus directly reducing CO2 emissions. CO2 emissions contribute to global warming, an environmental issue which is now of great concern. The average household can reduce energy costs by as much as 60% by installing our system with our Solar Collector and commercial installations can save as much as 70% depending upon location.

Recent discussions with major Hotel Chains indicate a very high interest in our system and the desire to save as much as 70% on their energy bills by installing our system in every one of their Hotel sites in Sun drenched locations around the globe. Fast Food Chains such as KFC and others have also expressed an interest in installing our system and the desired Tax Credit gained as a result of installing an energy efficient cooling and heating system.

Based on the amount of interest and positive reaction from potential clients, we project revenue for the first 18 months of operation after funding to be approximately $ 12,000,000.00, providing over 400 jobs. See our web sites at www.dcasystems.com and http://wp.me/p2n9x2-9 for more information on our company and other solar related products now in R & D for future entry into the marketplace.

To move ahead with our R & D projects at a faster pace, we have prepared a round one Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), Regulation D rule 505 to issue $ 2,500,000 shares of common stock at $ 2.00 per share to raise $ 5,000,000. If there is any interest in getting in on the ground floor of a very exciting and important venture, please contact David Curry, VP Finance at curry.david@live.com.
