Courting Fuel Cell Companies

According to a story in the Detroit Free Press, Michigan and Ohio are gearing up to be the fuel cell capital of America. Interesting move for Michigan, I’d say considering it’s home to America’s automobile industry – come to think of it, Ohioans build their share of cars, too. But the economic reality of this emerging technology has the state’s governors setting up tax free zones and incentives to entice companies to head to the Midwest. Smart politics.
