Consumer Rebate Program Begins in L.A.

September 17, 2002 [] Residential customers of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power begin today to receive notices with their bills announcing the availability of applications for the first-ever Consumer Rebate Program for the purchase of Energy Star-qualified efficient appliances and related products. A total of US$3 million in rebate funds are available.
