Conference on Clean Energy Covers Renewable Energy

Boston, Massachusetts [] The Conference on Clean Energy at the John B. Hynes Convention Center in Boston included panel discussions on solar, wind power, energy management, hydrogen fuel cells, and ethanol. The 2nd annual conference, which focused on Financing and Partnering for Emerging Businesses, drew more than 300 attendees, nearly double the crowd at the first Conference last year. And while many attendees came to learn about the clean-energy sector, many came from venture capital and angel investor groups looking for worthwhile start-ups in which to invest. Sponsored by the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative Renewable Energy Trust, Foley Hoag LLP, and Classic Communications, the Conference was designed to help spur the growth of a clean energy cluster in Massachusetts and the Northeast.
