California Renewable Energy Opportunities

February 10, 2004 [] The California Energy Commission’s Public Interest Energy Research-Environmental Area (PIER-EA) Program is requesting proposals for research projects through its Environmental Exploratory Grant Program. The goal of the program is to support early development of promising, new scientific concepts that have the potential to impact the way we understand and/or address energy-related environmental issues. The program is made up of six subject areas, including renewable energy.
