British Company To Push Renewable Energy Applications

A new company has been formed in Britain to focus on distributed generation and renewable energy technologies, as well as energy efficiency and storage technologies, such as fuel cells, microturbines, photovoltaic cells and flywheels.

LONDON, England, UK, 2001-12-13 [SolarAccess.com] Energetix Group Ltd aims to identify and develop early stage energy technologies and, in partnership with Axiomlab, provide infrastructure and technical resources. It describes alternative energy as one of the most exciting areas in technology and says the market for energy efficient solutions is global with the potential of discovering and exploiting world leading patents. Axiomlab PLC, a regional provider of capital and business creation expertise, has invested £625,000 for a 40 percent share in the Energetix firm.
