Rick Miller has 40 years of experience in conventional and pumped-storage power plant operations, water resources, and hydroelectric engineering. He has been actively involved in drafting and reviewing federal legislative language for proposed renewable electricity standards, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) market tariffs related to hydropower, and energy storage and hydropower grid stability standards. Mr. Miller has also been an advisor to the U.S. Department of Energy regarding wind/pumped-storage integration and energy storage market requirements.
