Josh Eichman

Senior Research Engineer

Josh Eichman is a Senior Research Engineer at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory.  He leads research activities to help understand grid integration impacts from energy storage, demand response and electric vehicles, especially relating to future high renewable grids, and interactions between the electric grids, gas grids and energy end-uses. He received his undergraduate from Clemson University and his masters and doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Irvine with a focus on electric system planning and operation.
