University of NSW Success as It Targets Asia with Solar Deals

[The Australian] The University of [New South Wales] has recently signed licensing and research agreements worth more than $3 million with three Asian companies for its world-class solar cell technology. The agreements have been signed with some of the world’s fastest-growing solar cell manufacturers in Asia and could result in millions of dollars a year in royalties. The three new deals were signed by NewSouth Innovations, the technology transfer arm of Sydney-based UNSW, and are with E-Ton Solar Tech in Taiwan, CEEG Nanjing PV Tech in China and Suntech Power in China.
