The Laser CombT suits scribing thin-film panels and was designed for better processing speed and throughput.

The machine’s motion system allows the
glass to be passed under the multiple beams to scribe the panel. The Laser CombT generates a plurality of scribe lines, up to 120 in a single pass, that roll through
thin-film layers. Process times are decreased and panel throughput is increased.
The Laser CombT uses proprietary technology for scribing Gen 5 to Gen 8 sized panels. The system will scribe P1, P2, P3 at a 30-45 second throughput with the required accuracy and precision.
