Technology Transfer for Solar Assets

March 19, 2004 [] Universal Communication Systems Inc. company chairman Michael Zwebner reports the company’s recently came to an agreement with an Australian Industrial Group. Both AirWater Corporation and Millennium Electric Limited have signed to a joint “Technology Transfer Agreement” with a newly formed local company set up specifically for the purpose of manufacturing AirWater Machines as well as PV Solar Energy Panels and related systems. Both the company chairman Michael Zwebner and director Ami Elazari, visited Sydney for the official launch of the company’s products in Australia. The company products and systems are to be manufactured in Australia and marketed in select pacific rim countries.
