Spanish Utility Receives Solar Accolade

January 12, 2004 []Corporaciýn Energýa Hidroelýctrica de Navarra (EHN) has been awarded the Solar 2003 prize by the Spanish section of the European Association for Renewable Energies (Eurosolar) in recognition of its outstanding work in the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar energy. Eurosolar is a non-profit organization, founded in 1988, of organizations and individuals from several European countries in the fields of science, politics, industry and culture. It promotes the replacement of the fossil fuel and nuclear energy model by another sustainable model based on renewable energy sources. The prize was awarded to EHN in the “industrial and commercial companies, business and agricultural” category.
