SolarWorld AG Secures Large German Export Order

Bonn, Germany [RenewableEnergyAccess.com] SolarWorld AG has secured its largest export order to date in an agreement with the Spanish Instituto Technologico y de Energias Renovables (ITER), Tenerife, for the supply of solar modules with a total capacity of 8 megawatt (MW) until the middle of 2007. In 2005 SolarWorld AG had already supplied solar modules with an output of more than 2 MW to ITER. ITER plans to build a large-scale solar power station on the Canary Island.
