Solar Road Show

This week is an exciting week for the Renewable Energy Industry in North America. Solar 2002 is taking place in Reno, Nevada (June 15-19), bringing together top industry executives, university and government researchers and people interested in renewables and in particular Solar Energy.

PETERBOROUGH, New Hampshire – June 17, 2002 [] The team will be there to meet with people and to cover the event. If you are going to be in Reno, come see us at booth #22. We are looking forward to getting our heads out of the proverbial sand (or silicon in this case) of reporting on industry activity from a distance and connecting with people face to face. Among the many great speakers will be one of our subscribers, the noted Architect and Designer, Bill McDonough. Be sure to catch his address on Zero Energy Buildings. If you can’t make it to Solar 2002 this year, don’t worry. We will be bringing you daily updates from the event every day next week, with a final word next Friday. For those of you going to the Midwest Sustainable Living Fair in Custer, Wisconsin, billed as the largest Renewable Energy and Sustainable Living Fair in the World, you will have a second chance to meet people from (booth #76). This event starts on next Friday’s Summer Solstice and it’s always great fun. More than 15,000 people are expected to attend the event, giving people in the business plenty of opportunity to meet new customers and make great connections with manufacturers. Last word: If you are stopping by the booth at either event, don’t forget to renew your subscription to the Daily Edition at our low Summer Savings rate of only US$59. See you in Reno, Custer, or On-line
