Solar Power Base in Palm Springs, California

January 6, 2004 [] Lake Elsinore, California-based holding company, Aquentium, has signed an agreement to acquire 10,000 square feet of office and manufacturing facilities in Palm Springs, California for the production of solar energy products. Aquentium reported that the company was seeking a location in California that offered solar photovoltaic (PV) manufacturing capabilities following their recent acquisition of Charis Energy Development. Aquentium’s target market initially for sales of the solar panel will be overseas. The current business of Aquentium, includes three wholly owned subsidiaries: Charis Energy Development, Canby Group, and USA Public Auctions.
