San Francisco Emerges as Major Player in Commercialization of Solar Power

Residents of San Francisco voted overwhelmingly yesterday to approve a $100 million revenue bond that will result in the installation of 40 megawatts of renewable energy, including between 10 and 12 megawatts of solar electric power on city-owned facilities and schools.
