RWE Schott Solar Secures 8 MW PV Contract

[RenewableEnergyAccess.com] Thanks to Germany’s long term feed-in tariffs for solar, companies in the industry are themselves securing large contracts to fill the new demand for solar. Most recently, Germany’s Phonix SonnenStrom AG and RWE Schott Solar (RSS) completed an agreement for RSS to manufacture and deliver 8 MW of solar modules for the German solar design and installation company. With this recent contract and others, SonnenStrom has completed all planned module purchases for their projects in 2005.
