Rights to New Solar Energy Invention Acquired

December 9, 2003 [SolarAccess.com] In a share purchase agreement, the Lake Elsinore, California-based holding company, Aquentium, has acquired 100 percent of Charis Energy Development, a company that owns exclusive worldwide manufacturing and marketing rights to a recently invented solar energy product. Aquentium reported that the advantages of the new product include a flexibility that allows the product to be installed with adhesives over most surfaces, lightweight, and a non-silicone solar panel. Aquentium President Mark Taggatz believes that the acquisition of Charis Energy Development will significantly enhance the company’s shareholder value. Taggatz said that Aquentium anticipates a great response throughout the world regarding the new solar energy invention.
