Patent Assets Transferred to Konarka

June 3, 2004 [] Patent assets have officially been transferred from Chalmers University of Technology in Goteborg, Sweden, to Konarka Technologies, Inc., a developer of polymer photovoltaic products. The relationship also signals the beginning of a longer research cooperation between Chalmers and Konarka. This adds to Konarkaýs already substantial intellectual property estate which has a particular emphasis on the use of nanotechnology for solar PV breakthroughs. Chalmers University of Technology carries on broad-based education and research within engineering science, natural science and architecture.
