New Execs for RE Company

March 11, 2003 [] WorldWater Corp. announced that Dr. Guy D. Phillips has been named President and Chief Executive Officer of WorldWater-California and that Roger Williams is the Director of Operations, two new appointments to the California division of the solar and water engineering company. As recent Chief Consultant to the Speaker pro Tem of the California State Assembly, Phillips helped combat the state’s energy crisis by writing 20 legislative bills on renewable energy policy and programs, utility regulation, fuel supply, wholesale market restructuring and electric rates that served as the foundation of the Legislative Leadership’s response to the energy crisis. Roger Williams has been an independent contractor with Occidental Power in San Francisco, managing PV system growth and business for the alternative energy company. Earlier, he was a trader for Cantor Fitzgerald’s CO2 emissions reduction trading program in New York.
