Hydrogen/Solar Energy Firm Signs Agreement

December 10, 2003 [SolarAccess.com] Las Vegas, Nevada-based Mach One Corporation has entered into a Letter of Intent with Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada-based Solar Hydrogen Energy Corporation (SHEC) Labs pursuant to which Mach One will commit to assist SHEC in securing up to US$10 million in development capital. SHEC’s primary focus is to develop cost-effective, clean and renewable processes to produce hydrogen from water using sunlight. As part of the terms of the agreement, Mach One will be granted certain exclusive rights for the marketing, sale and distribution of a selection of SHEC’s products, which include SHEC’s “Solar Concentrator Technology” for its proprietary hydrogen production process for both large-scale industrial applications, as well as small-scale personal energy systems. SHEC labs have recently received critical validation of their technology by receiving major grant money from the Canadian Government.
