GT Solar Parent Receives Equity Investment

2002-03-26 [SolarAccess.com] RBC Capital Partners, the private equity group of Royal Bank of Canada recently announced that its Energy Fund has made an equity investment in GT Equipment Technologies Inc., of Nashua, New Hampshire, parent company of GT Solar, a manufacturer of equipment for PV wafers, cells and modules. In connection with the private placement, Paul McDermott and Bruce Rothstein, Energy Fund managing partners have been elected to GTi’s board of directors.
