GSMC Al paste creates c-Si solar cell BSF on thinned wafers

Giga Solar Materials Corp. (GSMC) launched its Back Surface Aluminum Paste for uniform, high quality back surface field (BSF) on mono and multi-crystalline silicon solar cells.

December 5, 2011 — Giga Solar Materials Corp. (GSMC) launched its Back Surface Aluminum Paste for uniform, high quality back surface field (BSF) on mono and multi-crystalline silicon solar cells.

The low-bowing aluminum pastes enable thinner silicon wafers for photovoltaics production, maintaining low cell breakage rates. The paste is also designed for high materials compatibility, good adhesion strength, and a wide process window.

Giga Solar Materials Corp. (GSMC) is an aluminum paste supplier. Visit the website at www.gigasolar.com.tw

Targray Technology International Inc. will distribute the paste globally. Targray Technology International supplies solar silicon and advanced materials and consumables to the solar industry. Website at www.targray.com.
