German Solar Firm Secures Orders for 270 MW Solar PV

[RenewableEnergyAccess.com] If you build it, they will buy it. These days, if you can produce a solar module, you can sell it, especially in Germany. This week, Germany-based Conergy secured a long-term supply agreement for solar modules for a total volume of around 170 MW. Furthermore, it secured an option for another 100 MW within the next years. With this additional potential, already existing agreements and supply partnerships, Conergy says it now possesses the foundation for growing considerably faster than the world market in 2006 and the years thereafter.
