July 13, 2004 [SolarAccess.com]Fronius USA Solar Electronics Division has unveiled a number of new data communications options to their Fronius IG series of grid-tied inverters. The new Fronius IG Public Display is a fully-integrated large screen solution designed for indoor public lobbies or any public outdoor location. The display uses the plug-and-play capability of the IG inverters making it very easy to set-up and install, said the company. The display can be configured to show a range of output values from the inverter and set time intervals between displaying output values. The display can be configured by using FRONIUS IG.access software (for which the company is releasing a new version of).
