January 7, 2003 [SolarAccess.com]Solar PV products manufacturer Evergreen Solar’s stock has traded above US$1 for at least ten consecutive days on the NASDAQ exchange and will continue to be listed and traded on that market. Evergreen Solar originally received notice on September 18, 2002, from NASDAQ that its common stock failed to maintain a minimum bid price of US$1.00 over the previous 30 consecutive trading days.
